POSITION TITLE: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN II

 

NATURE AND SCOPE OF POSITION:

Plan, oversee and participate in skilled maintenance, construction, installation and repair of electrical, plumbing or HVAC equipment and systems; train and provide work direction to maintenance personnel and work crews as assigned; maintain district facilities in safe operating condition; maintain preventative maintenance program; and resolve immediate operation and safety concerns while ensuring the safety of students and staff of the district.
